Viral Marketing – The Most Powerful Affiliate Weapon

I think I hit the jackpot! Viral marketing is the most powerful internet marketing method. I created a little rss reader script that I give away for free to webmasters. Once they install the script it displays rss feeds with copyright links on the bottom. I let them download the script after they opt-in to my list as well. I have submitted the script to major script directories like Hotscripts.com and so on. After the first week I already have over 100 people using the script on their websites which generates even more traffic to my download site where people opt-in to get the script. This is truly amazing! A little free script that spreads like a virus building my list at the same time. Just think about the huge potential for a minute. The free rss script that I created costed me only $100 at rentacoder.com. Now it is going to generate $1000s for me in a short period of time since it’s so viral. I didn’t know that providing free stuff can be so profitable. This has just changed the way I will do internet marketing. What a great way to make money.
