The Rich 16 Year Old Review

by Pawel Reszka on July 1, 2010

So if you got to this page you probably did some research on this new Clickbank product called Rich 16 Year Old. The only reason why I decided to post this is because I thought this was really funny.

First of all, do not believe that there is a 16 year old girl behind that website. It’s a well orchestrated sales letter and most likely there is a big name marketer behind it. The 16 Year old girl is only used as a pen name. Actually there is nothing wrong with using pen names. Many people do that including me, but this is a little bit too much.

If you visit their sales letter you will notice the proof of income video and all the screenshots, including the actual letter from Clickbank. This should right away tell you that it’s not some 16 year old selling you the information. Not only that, but in the video proof you see a day where she (or he) made over $70k in one day, which is all made from some product launch on that day.

I have actually not purchased the product so I can’t comment on the quality of it or what’s in it, but if you bought it and she (or he) is teaching you some affiliate marketing crap then I would suggest you to get a refund. The income she (or he) claims is made from selling her (or his) own products. I hope that’s what the course is teaching.

Anyway, I would think that their marketing approach would make people mad or even more depressed, but to my surprise their gravity on Clickbank has been growing steadly. If you purchased this Rich 16 Year Old product and would like to comment on it then feel free to post your opinion here.

This is the biggest revival of an old scam ever! Look at my EARNINGS! I’m just a regular person (OR in this case a 16 year old that sounds like a 9 year old) and EVEN I CAN DO IT!

Products like this are exactly the reason why the Feds are cracking down on internet marketers. More and more laws are going to pop up just because of this product and others like it that are basically “Get Rich Quick” products. You spend money to make money. Then it doesn’t work and everyone starts saying internet marketing is a scam.

OH… By the way, don’t you have to be 18 and have a SSN to even affiliate or sell products in the ClickBank Marketplace? ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHO THE REAL OWNER OF THIS PRODUCT IS.

I bought this and have been asking for my money back for over 2 weeks now and I have no reply and no money refunded.
Has anyone else managed to get a refund?
Thanks

I noticed the The Rich 16 Year Old site was a scam right away for the following reasons:

1. In the blurred out section, if you look CLOSELY enough, you’ll see the spacing is only allowable for the word “vendor” and not affiliate” and a point “v”‘s bottom is slightly shown. I knew right away that the money is from launches of products and getting other affiliates to make the money.

The only real way to make this kind of money on Clickbank is by selling products and having OTHER AFFILIATES promote for you, not you promoting products of other vendors.

2. The 16 year old girl is a marketing tactic that sadly suckers people into buying it. It is like, if I said “a 95 year old man made $73,000 in one day and so can you!” is the same as a 16 year old child. As if a 16 year old has the money and knowledge to make money.

Plus, the website is done by a professional, not by a 16 year old.

The sales letter is so dishonest, I wouldn’t be surprised that the refund rate is 98.9%. Clickbank should moderate and remove products like these.

No one can make such large amounts of money, like on that site, with affiliate marketing, also because the “hot market products” are so saturated and the keywords bid on on Google Adwords would be staggering and not worth it.

Note to anyone that wants to be refunded:

Send an email to refunds@clickbank.com and put “Refund” in the subject. Then, in the body of your email, put your receipt details. You will receive a refund within 2 business days. It may take 5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

I know nothing about internet marketing, but would like to try out something for dummies like me, which can earn lots of money. Is this a good product?

This 16 year old “girls” is Carol Nguyen and she looks Asian. Here is another internet marketer also selling his product – Michael Nguyen. Same surname and guess what? – Asian
nichemasterplan.com & rich16yearold.com
Now is this a family of marketers or part of a bigger scam?

Replying to Rudi, Nguyen is a Vietnamese name.

Here is the registrant info for the 16 year old website, for anyone interested. It’s obvious that Carol Nguyen has nothing to do with this site, just an actress they are using to promote the product.
