Ok, Neverblue is my favorite CPA network right now. They provide kick ass support and their offers convert like crazy. It’s like you are selling hot coffee on syberia 
Anyway, I started with them in December of 2008 so it has been about 2 months now. They now have me on weekly wire transfer payout option which is absolutely awesome!
Check out this screenshot of earnings with Neverblue for Febraury 2nd of 2009 which was only 2 days ago.
I guess that’s not bad for one day
All that was done using Adwords. I didn’t even try to go for other networks yet. There are many content networks like Bluelithium.com, Advertising.com, and many smaller ones. I wonder what my income is going to look like once I expend and scale up my campaign across these networks lol
If you haven’t started with Neverblue yet then Click Here to create your account. Once you fill out the application make sure to call them and tell them that you are going to do Adwords campaigns. It’s important that you call them or pick up the phone when they call you. They want to make sure you are a real person and most important serious about marketing their offers.
So what is my secret system? Nothing special really, I just create targeted landing pages for targeted keywords and presell the offers. The offers at Neverblue convert extremely well, so the most important thing is to get the visitor to the offer page.

2. Choose offers with highest EPC
3. Create landing pages to presell the offers
4. Start Adwords campaign
5. Watch money roll in

Jay, the landing page is crucial. One page site doesn’t work anymore. At least doesn’t for me. I create content rich sites with the landing page set as my homepage or just a page on my site. I also use Wordpress for my landing pages. I just install the Wordpress with some nice clean CSS theme and then make a post which is going to be my landing page. I make more posts and pages to make it look like an actual blog. Then I set up the Adwords campaign and my quality score usually is Great. The quality score also depends on your CTR ( alot !) It’s a dynamic variable that can change overnight from Great to Poor if you don’t monitor it. If you see that your CTR is under 1% then add negative keywords, create more CONTROVERSIAL ad copy to get higher CTR.
I am also a member of Neverlbue, along with about 7 other CPA networks. Neverblue by far is my favorite out of the bunch. Their offers just seem to convert Much much better than other networks even those that have the same excat offers.
Weird I know.
Also neverblue has a great interface to find the excat offer you want to promote. I really liek them. And lastly forget faxking in your W9….you don’t have to they are a Canadaian company they dont have to follow us tax laws

This is all great news man. Just so you know though…Advertising.com has 95% market share, which blows Google Adwords away. Several times.
So, if you’re making that kind of money on Adwords and if you are doing some of it using banners, you might want to consider getting an IO with Advertising.com or the second best thing, ValueClick.com (they have 79% market share).

Are you promoting your offers through search or content network?
I’d have to question if this is true. I left a comment not too long ago if your promotions was via content or search and you deleted it. And then you tried to make me join your Aweber email list by sending me an email even though I never opted in. Thats not how a successful affiliates build their email list.
Very good stuff. It’s nice to see someone making this work. I’ve sold over 6 million dollars in physical products online. I sold that business last year and wanted to move into the world of affiliate marketing. So far, it’s been a losing proposition for me.

I am sorry but I don’t think I can help you with that. Try other well known networks like Copeac, MediaTrust, or Clickbooth etc. Your best bet is to call them and explain exactly how you will promote and if you got any experience promoting offers.
