		<description>I think that strategy is somewhat amateurish. You start lot of projects and eventually pick one what seems to work. Do you know why it works and do you know why the others failed? Let's say you focus on that project and it generates more and more income. but your eggs are all in one basket. What if it starts to decline or you have to exit the business... It is good to stay open and have several projects progressing at side... you learn and gain experience from the new projects which can have a positive side-effect to your existing businesses.</description>

One client wanted 6 of his websites updated, when we said which one do you want to start with, he said, can't we do all at the same time? I've noticed that this business more than any other has caused a lack of focus. Make 6 things sub standard and make a little money, or make 1 thing perfect and make a lot and in less time as well.</description>
