Is anyone else having problems getting a refund from the Product Launches Exposed ‘team’?
I am desperatley disappointed with their botched video’s and a non-working help desk system.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to contact them it would be welcome.

I am sorry that you didn’t like the product. I can see how some people would not be satisfied.
The product was created for those internet marketers who are trying to launch their own products through jv partners.
Anyway, let us know how the issue was resolved.

I understood about the JV aspect and I wanted to convert the FLV videos into DVD’s to sell as a physical product.
Unfortunately PLE posted the FLV’s in a brand new format and the codecs are not readilly available. Most people wouldn’t have been able to play them initially (I had my own free player for it though).
They then had to post a fix to play them but I still can’t convert to DVD and I’m not exactly a noobie.
I’ve posted tickets to them over a week ago and they’re still being ignored. The help desk on the site still doesn’t work.
I’ve resorted to Paypal for a refund now and they still haven’t replied to that either. How many days holiday do you normally take in the US for Thanks Giving?
