Unfortunately PLE posted the FLV's in a brand new format and the codecs are not readilly available. Most people wouldn't have been able to play them initially (I had my own free player for it though). They then had to post a fix to play them but I still can't convert to DVD and I'm not exactly a noobie. I've posted tickets to them over a week ago and they're still being ignored. The help desk on the site still doesn't work. I've resorted to Paypal for a refund now and they still haven't replied to that either.
