How I Got A Free Link From Google To My Website
I think I found a great way to get a free backlink from Google itself. Google just launched the Google Co-op. What is it? Well, basically you set up an account with Google where you can store you favorite links from the web. As a webmaster you can set up an account and provide the subscription link to your visitors which links to your profile page for Google Co-op. You can include links that are spiderable by search engines on that page. The best part of it is that you can create a small file on your server that tells Google which keywords you are going to be searched for. If someone subscribes to your link and places it in their Google Co-op account then each time they do a search for the keywords you specified in the file that is on your server they will see your website on top of search results. How cool is that?
To check out how it’s done you can subscribe to my link and then do a search on Google while loged in for “marketing tools”, “internet marketing tools”, or “affiliate marketing tools”. You will notice my site on the first position for all the keywords.
This is an amazing new marketing method. This just opened up some new possibilities. In fact this makes me think that soon your search engine rankings might depend on how many subscribers you have. That for sure will eliminate spam sites from search results since they do not provide any quality content.
