Thank you for your review. I knew something was wrong with this company. It sounded too good to be true. I am actually one of those people who lost money with 12dailypro. I invested $600 in it and the site shut down the next week. Bunch of scammers that's all.

Seems to me like the company is making money from Ad packages only and uses that to payout other members in form of so called rebates LOL. If I invest some amount of money and then get back more than I invested just by looking at other members pages then it sound like a ponzi to me. I don't understand why you would encourage random people to lodge a complaint with ftc, sec, fbi or any other government agency UNLESS you have personal records to back up your complaint. Pawel i think you are running a risk of being labelled as a serial pest if you encourage people to make complaints without good reason. Nobody will even look at unsubstantiated complaints.

It may be a "FREE Country" However I must add that most people who bad mouth other online businesses are using their slanderous words to promote their own website or opportunity. Which will be later called a "scam" by the next "promoter" who is looking to take a fast ride on the powerful web searches of an already successful company. Don't be taken in by these words folk there are "Negative Reports" online about all companies. Including "Microsoft, Walmart, Google, Yahoo, GM, Ford" and anyone else who is successful. Try a more legitimate way of promotion like doing some actual marketing. Defamation of Character is NOT a marketing tool.

It may be a scam alright, but the models they have does work in theory. In a Ponzi scheme, you have invested money. With ASD you BUY advertising, that is, your "investment "is gone because you invested the money buying advertising. 50% of the new money coming in, plus sales of ebooks and banners is distributed as rebates until you reach 125%. They do not provide any guarantee of rebates. If suddenly no money is coming in they will not be able to distribute anything. So, the question is, how likely is that the money coming in will stop? My point is that they do not have to be scammers; they just have to be successful keeping the money rolling in. Right now, it looks quite good. Cheers!

What people will do for the Love of Money. When something is legit, you dont want anybody to find out or simple rules of supply and demand will make the job obsolete. But you ASD People know it is a Scam in your heart as you want everybody to sign up so you can get your money and so you wont be left empty. No bussiness is going to pay money if people are getting paid to surf a web site. This is not even honest nor does it make a bit of sence. I have personally received thousands in rebates. I also have friends and family that have received tens of thousands and have changed their lives dramatically. I went to ftc.gov and just in the alphabetical case list not even getting the the letter B...Att@t, albertsons, abercrombie and fitch, Adt Security, THREE different AOL companies (Time Warner), and APPLE Computer Inc. I myself have made a good amount of money in rebates. I started with 500 and i've grown it to 13,000 in 2 months and andy actually pays. every business has it's risks, and i don't feel that there is one here.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Do a GOOGLE search on "Clarence Busby" the Golden Panda site operator, that Andy coincidently distanced himself from just recently!! Golden Panda is the Chinese equivalent of ASD and the Spanish site, the Golden Panda site starting promotion, is they will match 100% on the starting funds you deposit, and get this for a kicker, pay you 3% a day, you can tell it is a very sustainable business model, NOT!!! So as an example, you put $1000 dollars in, they match it with $1000 dollars of ad packs, so that is $2000, 3% first day, so if you go by the 80 -20% rule, you would be putting back $2048 the second day and "earning" 3% on that amount, which turns into $2097 for the third day, and so on and so forth, compounding the 3% every day, and keeping 20% CASH out. Well, roughly speaking, at the end of 30 days, you would have around $4000.00 in ad packages, and would have taken roughly $400 - $500 out of the program!! After one month, the percentage reverts back to a paltry 1% (LOL) for weekdays, and .5% for weeekends. SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE REVENUE STREAM AND MORE IMPORTANTLY PROFIT, IS BEING GENERATED FROM!!!!

Hey There People !! I certainly can understand all the buzz about ASD and Golden Panda. It is true, that at first glance it seems like the math does not work out. And I truly understand how it all looks when you take it from that point of view; especially when we can only guess and calculate from a place of information ignorance ! Which is a useless and losing battle to even try and wage without knowing more 'inside details' and other pertinent info. Now, I certainly have had questions concerning the "seemingly" obvious math issues that no one who isn't there can really answer for sure... That is unless you're willing to personally go to the offices of these businesses and address them directly! Which is something I will be happy to tackle personally if they haven't given enough satisfactory answers by the time I am able to go. And especially under these circumstances, where so many do not understand how the numbers may make sense, this is why feel both companies need to openly share any and all financial details that will help educate anyone who has doubts, or simply has the desire to dig deeper. Then we will know whats really going on; One way or the other. Although, I prefer to imagine that the Sister sites have an abundance of unknown alternative funding sources which we are presently unaware of. In any case, I feel that ... So, I realize that may not count for much in some peoples minds, and that's fine but, I think you should find and talk with someone like an acquaintance of ours who has personally traveled to both offices and most recently to the GP's new headquarters. All I know is that both he and his colleagues, who are also long time marketers, were commenting on the sincerity and openness of the owners and their staff, as well as speaking highly about what they felt was a refreshing transparency about company matters that was observed within both offices. So, all I or anyone can honestly vouch for realistically is their own personal knowledge and beliefs which are only as accurate as someone who shares a similar perspective. And that is why, even though everyone I know of has made much more than they have put into it.... I know I will not convince anyone against their will. Nor, do I care to try. Basically, my intention here was to introduce a few Ideas and topics which I thought might be beneficial to contemplate. Because at times it seems that we are forced to wade through a hair too much emotional quicksand and then everyone must try and get past the uprisings of negativity and opinions which clouds up the real issues ! So, what I'd like to know is, how can we come to any real solutions in here and actually work on getting some of the the things you want clarified out of the way instead of hanging on to anger and stoking the fire by talking about crap that is in the past ! Lets move on and rise up to better and brighter things.... I don't see any point in talking about the same issue almost everyday and getting stressed out... If your gonna talk about it, at least make it worth while by figureing out how you might solve the issue and then move past it all. Anyway, the other factors that I believe should be taken into consideration about ASD is that the Lawyer is putting his entire practice at stake .. both he and his team are familiar with what they must do to be complaint. The acquaintance I mentioned earlier talked with him extensively about a week or two ago. He purposely went over to pick his brain and make sure that the company had its I's dotted and its T's crossed. Apparently, every time they want to make even a minor change, they consult with the FTC and make sure they make any necessary changes before implementing them. I thought that it was an assuring sign. Obviously the authorities are well aware of what is going on there and I would think that if it were not considered a viable money making business, that they would have broke the doors down and shut them out at least sometime within the last 2 years! Also, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND CONSIDER THIS INFO..... hasn't anyone besides me noticed and thought about the fact that ASD and GP have documentation on the site that mentions the fact that they use monies which are made and accumulated from activities performed through other alternative sources .... !!!! My take on the whole thing is that they are investing a portion of the monies in outside profitable investments ... I know that if I was running a site like that I would be doing just exactly that. !!!! My husband and I both have received a substantial amount of money doing ASD and are continueing to do so. You have no idea what you are talking about and I hope Andy Bowdin sues your pants off for deformation of character. This is a fantastic business to be in and it is perfectly legal.
